Delete Your LoveKeeper App Account

You can request permanent deletion of your LoveKeeper App account and associated server-side data.

Delete from the App

1. Open LoveKeeper App.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to Account.
4. Select Request Account Deletion.
5. Open the confirmation email and confirm deletion.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the App, email us from the address connected to your LoveKeeper App account.

What Is Deleted

We delete the account email, optional reminder events stored on our server, push-token records linked to the account, and related email delivery records. Content stored only on your device must be removed in the App or by uninstalling it.
